Merchandise credits issued for returns without a receipt may not be used for online purchases. Returns without a receipt will receive a non-transferable merchandise credit. This credit is redeemable in store at any Homesense store location. Returns with a receipt received outside the returns timeframe may qualify for a merchandise credit. Any item not meeting the condition standards of this policy will be returned at the customer's expense. Original condition means the item is not washed, worn (aside from trying it on), damaged or altered and returned with all hangtags and original packaging where possible.
